  3. The Muffin Man is seated at the table in the laboratory of the
  4. Utility Muffin Research Kitchen... Reaching for an oversized chrome
  5. spoon he gathers an intimate quantity of dried muffin remnants and
  6. brushing his scapular aside procceds to dump these inside of his
  7. shirt...
  8. He turns to us and speaks:

  10. "SOME PEOPLE LIKE CUPCAKES BETTER. I FOR ONE CARE LESS FOR THEM!"
  11.  
  12. Arrogantly twisting the sterile canvas snoot of a fully charged
  13. icing anointment utensil he poots forths a quarter-ounce green
  14. rosette (oh ah yuk yuk... let's try that again...!) He poots forth a
  15. quarter-ounce green rosette near the summit of a dense but radiant
  16. muffin of his own design.
  17. Later he says:
  18.  
  19. "SOME PEOPLE... SOME PEOPLE LIKE CUPCAKES EXCLUSIVELT, WHILE I
  20. MYSELF SAY THERE IS NAUGHT NOR OUGHT THERE BE NOTHING SO EXALTED ON
  21. THE FACE OF GOD'S GREY EARTH AS THAT PRINCE OF FOODS... THE MUFFIN!"

  25. But he was a muffin
  26. He hung around till you found
  27. That he didn't know nuthin'

  31. No cries is heard in the night
  32. As a result of him stuffin'

  34. Bruce Fowler on trombone, Napoleon Murphy Brock on tenor sax, and
  35. lead vocals, Terry Bozzio on drums, Tom Fowler on bass, Denny Walley
  36. on slide, George Duke on keyboards, Captain Beefheart on vocals, and
  37. soprano sax, and madness. Thank you very much for coming to the
